Human competencies play a distinctive role in the process of improvement and development of productivity, and that it can positively influence this role through the effective management of this element, so we find that all managers have given great importance to the management of excellence by developing modern methods of development of the institution, This department has an important and distinguished position within the organizational structure of the institution.
It is one of the departments that is interested in developing policies and strategies that work and aims to develop the competencies of its human resources, and aware of the management of excellence that these competencies come not by accident but through the strict implementation of the methods of this department.
