English Abstract

Tourism is one of the most important economic activities in the contemporary world, as well as a powerful engine for sustainable economic development, as they provided the income and jobs for the benefit of the communities, making them of great interest by Governments and specialists in most countries of the world, because of the recognition that the importance of the tourism sector in achieving development aspirations, continuously developed protection from all dangers and negative effects that might harm the tourist purposes, therefore there is a global trend toward alternative types of tourism, taking into account the various dimensions of sustainable development.

Activating the role of tourist activity in Algeria، it occupies an important place in the present time, charged based on this activity to the preparation of the outline guideline configurable desk prospects for 2030, which would achieve a sustainable tourist development complementary to that of the fortunes of the underground.

This paper aims to analyze the reality of the tourism sector in the light of the prospects for the 2030 Directive Plan, focusing on the most important achievements in recent times, with the introduction of the policies followed in the development of the private sector by the leading countries in the field of tourism (Turkey,), and try to benefit from the experiences of these countries to promote this sector is regarded as one of the strategic sectors that have a vital role in achieving sustainable development
