English Abstract

Tourism has become a major place in the development process, and as a humanitarian phenomenon in various countries of the world occupies an important aspect and has effects at all levels.

Therefore, the majority of countries seek to activate the tourism process and maximize the positive effects and tourist and environmental sites available to each country.

Algeria, like all other countries, seeks social and economic development through the tourism sector.

This is in order to promote this sector, and the importance of this sector of positive effects in the process of comprehensive development of the national society.

The development process seeks to raise the economic, social and even environmental level, , Achieving social cohesion to achieve well-being, and removing isolated communities from their isolation by involving them in the process of social development and achieving a sense of belonging.
