The research aims at clarifying the modern incentives that support the stability of workers in their jobs by focusing on four key dimensions emphasized by most modern incentive programs and systems.
the research concluded that the process of stimulating employment stability is an integrated process .this latter requires the provision of conditions for granting incentives.
then, the leadership have to know the good selection of the group of incentives according to the case.
finally, the stability is to meet some of the material and moral needs, and to create a system of incentives to satisfy them.
moreover, it is necessary for the administration to discover these needs first and then look for ways to satisfy them.
