The research deals with the views of a world of modern scholars who grew up in the Levant and traveled to Madinah and spread the science in Iraq.
It was Amr Ibn Al - Aswad Al - Ansi, who had great jurisprudential opinions indicating his knowledge and mental strength to draw judgments from their sources.

Cette recherche porte sur les avis d'un des scientifiques de Hadith, qui avait grandi dans le Levant (Al Sham) et voyagé à Médine Al Mounawara, puis a publié son science en Irak, qui avait de grandes opinions jurisprudentielles reflétant sa grande connaissance et mentalité à tirer les jugements de leurs sources.
