The research deals with the expansion of the phenomenon of borrowing in economic activities and the problems that arise through the inability to pay the debt and examines the diversity of procrastination and it`s image between total failure to meet or delay or to eliminate the debt from the original and develop ways to creditors through which they can recover what they require.

Cette recherche porte sur l'expansion du phénomène d'emprunt dans les activités économiques et les problèmes qui se posent par l'incapacité de rembourser la dette recherchant la diversité des sortes de retardement entre le refrain totale de remplir ou le retard ou le refus initiale de la dette, en mettant des moyens pour les créanciers à travers lesquels ils peuvent récupérer leurs biens.
