Abstract EN

The objective of the study was to determine the level of job stress among the autistic children in Hail due to the variables of (years of experience and qualification).

The researcher was designed to measure the pressure of the job to verify its validity and stability, applied to a sample of (90) both teachers.

The study found that the level of job stress for autistic children's teachers was moderate, that there was a statistically significant difference in the level of job stress due to experience, and there was no statistically significant difference due to scientific qualification The study ended with some recommendations, including the preparation of a suitable curriculum for children of autism in proportion to their mental, physical and psychological abilities, and the need for Premiums and incentives for Distinguished teachers in Their gift and their honor to encourage them to give, innovation and creativity
