The university is the main source for outputs, thus, the ignoring that college is the main unit in organizing and Teaching and itʼs the direct responsible one in achieving the educational work.

Therefore, to ensure of its success in this mission, that leads to ad0pt the management engineering (Rumor).

The research problem focused on the below questions: 1- The practice of administrative engineering style among the deans of faculties of Wasit University from the point of view of the heads of departments.

2- Find the basics through which we can apply the technique.

Through the importance of the research, the researcher tried to search in the most important a, because it has a great impact on the success and effectiveness of educational institutions.

The study aims to know the practice of administrative engineering style among the deans of faculties of Wasit University from the point of view of the department heads.

In order to achieve this goal, the researcher chose a sample of 30 heads of department that were distributed to all faculties.

The researcher prepared his research tool, which it was the questionnaire sheet, then he analyzed it by using the static program (SPSS), as well the use of the statistical methods (Standard Deviation, Mean, T-Test).

The study results showed that thereʼs a specified relationships between the six dimensions, the most communicated dimensions were between the planning and the control, which means that thereʼs extreme efforts directed by the managerial leaderships to develop the two main tasks (planning and control).

The second relationship was between the organizing and Decision making, and the third one was between follow-up, communication and organizing.

Also, Collage deans are trying to strengthen the communication base and administrative organization.
