literators, poets and liberalists all have rejected tyranny in various forms, using different types of discord in their works, including political, social, spiritual, etc.

The Arab poet used to defend his tribe with his poetries, denying what others might have said against the honor of his tribe.

This Arabic phenomenon is explored as “Discord” in the contemporary era.

AbdolkarimAl-Karami, the Palestinian poet who witnessed the initial events of Palestine’s defeat, published his poems on the topic of discord and in defense of the wronged people of Palestine.

His poetic discord was political at first, later deviating towards spiritual and mental discord, as he first lived in the land of prophets, where later was turned into an inferno of fire, murder, homelessness, and the betrayal of Arab leaders, calling themselves sires and taking no action in the Palestine matter.

This research uses descriptive-analytical method to explore the types of discord in the poems of AbdolkarimAl-Karami.

The results imply his rage towards the Arab rulers who sold out Palestine, and his attempt at rallying the whole population.
