This study aims to : 1- Identify The Circumstantial Accusative in Arabic and English language.
2- Prove the existence of The Circumstantial Accusative in the English language.
3- Show the importance of The Circumstantial Accusative in both languages.
4- Explain the deletion, advancement and delayed of The Circumstantial Accusative with its verb and its subject in Arabic language and English.
5- Show the similarities and the differences in The Circumstantial Accusative between the two languages.
6- Prove that the similarities between the two languages in The Circumstantial Accusative are more than the differences.
