Supervision is a process of sociafand human interaction aimed at raising the fevefof trte professionaf teacher in order to raise his educational efficiency.

It is a cooperative democratic process its two parts are the educationaf supervisor and the teacher It aims at discovenng and understanding the objectives of education and hefping the teacher to accept these goafs and work.
