The Paper examined the Relationship between Micro and General loans in common and Women's Entrepreneurship in particular, and the efficiency and effectiveness of the support granted by the National Agency for Microcredit and the tendency to be approached by Algerian women wishing to establish independent work for their benefit.

The Study highlighted the main difficulties faced by Micro and Small enterprises To increase the degree of entrepreneurial work based on creativity and continuity, So that they become Medium and why not Big Institutions that contribute to the development of the National Institutional structure, Based on the pivotal role that women entrepreneurs can play in the development of National economies, and the resulting effects on various levels.
