Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to highlight the role of the educational programs offered by the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Chlef in enhancing the work of the contracting and applying it to a sample of Master students, where we distributed 100 questionnaires to them, 89 of which were valid for statistical processing.

The study found that the average responses of the study sample members to the content or content of the education programs presented to them at the college were high, and their evaluation of the level of their behavior was high.

The study also found a positive correlation between the two variables.
