Abstract EN

The regulatory authority is a competence attributed for some economic regulatory authorities, that exercise it in restrained limits and through the fixed field for it in the law, it a secondary and a divisionary regulatory authority and does not rival with the regulatory authority attributed by the legislation.

Its existence was imposed by the transformation in the economic system and the development of economic activities submitted to the technique, the speed and the experience.

However, this authority is not as effective as allowing it to exercise it effectively to control due to the intervention of the executive authority to activate these systems.

Also, it cannot be out of the legislation because of its submission to the administrative justice control according to the administrative nature specifying these updated institutional categories.
