in this context, the study aims to achieve two pillars : the first was to present the theoretical context of spirituality in the workplace based on the literature that led to the administrative studies, especially the studies of organizational behavior, while the 2nd aim was to present a set of conclusions, in addition to urging researchers to research the concept the spirituality of the workplace as a lost trait in the lives of organizations on their differences, which is still poorly understood and limited in organizational reality.
