The Arab stock markets are suffering from the financial contagion, which is primarily the consequence of the financial liberalization and the capital free movement.this has led us to raise the issue of what is the impact of the internationalization of financial risk to the Arab stock markets.our approach is descriptive and analytical.we have reached the conclusion that the gulf state are the most affected.saudi arabia, however is the most affected due to its relations with foreign countries.
