The contribution of the sports electronic media to the spread of sports consciousness in professional football sports clubs from the point of view of Algerian sports journalists -General and partial questionings: In what proportion do sports electronic media contribute to the spread of sports awareness among professional football clubs? We asked the following questions: 1.

Do sports electronic media in Algeria contribute to the spread of sports awareness among Algerian professional football clubs? 2.

Do sports electronic media in Algeria contribute to the popularization of sports culture among Algerian football clubs? 3.

Did sports electronic media in Algeria spread sportsmanship among Algerian football clubs? Objectives of the study: The general objective is to know the extent of the role of the electronic sports media in the contribution to the propagation of the sports conscience among the football players of the professional league in Algeria.

There are also practical goals that tend to: - Reveal the real role to play by all electronic sports media according to their use by different players to show the sportsmanship through the sports consciousness.

- Know to what extent the sports information media can give the area to spread the culture of sports awareness and its importance in its sports media programs.

- Know the results of previous studies and similar to the purpose of ours, determine the results and use them in a way that serves the purpose of the study.

Method followed in the study: We used the descriptive method, which focuses on the collection of precise scientific descriptions of the phenomenon considered receiving the events.

- Community and sample of the study: The community of our study is the category of practitioners of the electronic sports press in Algeria among the journalists because it is concerned by the monitoring and the diffusion of the culture of the sports conscience with the professional football clubs in Algeria.

And based on the purpose of the research, we intentionally chose a sample among the electronic sports media, in this case, journalists, sports page managers, editors supervising the electronic sites of different electronic media in Algeria , numbering 50 journalists.

Which representative sample was taken from the study community estimated at 250 journalists.

- Most important results: It can be concluded that the successful spread of the culture of sports consciousness, the sports professionalism , its laws and requirements with Algerian football clubs depends on the extent of the contribution of Algerian electronic media to their spread, according to sports journalists and even leaders and players of professional clubs, in the climate of problems and the material suffering of the clubs which has a negative impact on the management of the club in the championship and the difficulty of forming the supporters' committee to stop the phenomenon of direct and indirect violence prevalent in sports circles in certain Algerian stadiums, which constitutes the major problem of the championship and which leads to the decline of the level of exercise of our championship and the constant availability of the local player compared to the player emigrated out of the country, which leads to ask several questions in the tumult of the experience of sporting professionalism in our country.

Suggestions: We offer certain solutions for the Algerian sports electronic media with regard to the propagation of sports awareness among Algerian professional football clubs: 1.

The creation of sports websites by television and radio stations, the print media and the electronic press, sufficiently specialized in the dissemination of sports information and culture, knowing that a new information code has been promulgated in 2012; 2 -The creation of the Higher Council of Sports Information which will constitute a department of the Algerian Higher Council of Information to curb the abuse of sports information in Algeria.

3 -The promulgation of legislative texts regulating the contract between the player and the club to which he belongs and the proportion that the player and theclub of the product of the advertisements and the electronic sports advertising enjoys in the context of the adoption of the sports professionalism by Algeria.

radio diffusion, sites on social networks for communication with all managers, players and supporters to learn about the latest news, news and laws, and to facilitate the Internet subscription and purchase tickets online future.

5 -The need for Algerian electronic sports media to learn about the diverse experiences of sports media around the world and their contribution to the spread of sports awareness and spirit and good morals away from all forms of violence and sectarianism in sports, theverification of the source of truthful sports information and the failure to monitor excitement and slanderous information against gamblers for profit or scooping; 6- Public and private sports media in Algeria need to hire graduates of institutes of physical education and sports, especially graduates specialized in sports information and communication.

Dans notre recherche, nous avons traité de la contribution des médias sportifs algériens à la vulgarisation de la conscience sportive auprès des clubs de football professionnels, du point de vue des journalistes sportifs algériens, ce qui contribue à la propagation de la connaissance sur le sport et le jeu du football en particulier et la propagation de la conscience sportive et la culture du rejet de la violence sportive et l'intolérance, y compris la stimulation de l'esprit sportif et la tolérance dans le cadre du professionnalisme sportif, malgré la courte expérience de ces médias dans le domaine de l’information en Algérie.

Dans cette étude, la méthode descriptive a été utilisée sur un échantillon de 50 journalistes sportifs algériens, comme échantillon représentatif de la communauté d'étude ; ils ont été sélectionnés par ciblage et nous avons utilisé le questionnaire comme outil pour recueillir les informations.

Les principaux résultats de l'étude ont abouti à ce que la presse électronique sportive algérienne contribue de manière significative et efficace à la diffusion de la conscience sportive aux clubs professionnels de football du point de vue des journalistes sportifs algériens et les plus importantes suggestions obtenues plaident pour la création de sites électroniques spécialisés dans le sport à travers les chaines de télévision, la radio, la presse écrite, et la presse électronique, spécialisés dans la diffusion de manière suffisante de l’information et de la culture sportives en Algérie, sachant qu’un nouveau code de l’information a été promulgué en 2012
