Abstract EN

The research tackles the issue of paradox and lack of induction in the book (Equity in the Issues of Dispute) by Abi AlBarakat Bin AlAnbari (577 Hijri).

The researcher relates the issue of paradox to the lack of induction as he noticed some controversies among Basra and Kufa grammarians regarding the paradox in some disputed issues mentioned in that book.

Such controversies resulted from lack of induction and rush to judgment as grammarians set a grammatical rule to a particular issue then invalidate it in another situation.
