The article considers the strategic role of human recourses, which provide an opportunity to react quickly and effectively to the changes in the internal and external environment (this issue also affects on the role of human resources).
it was shown that the definition of key priorities in the field of human resources management should translate into strategic intentions and positioning of the company.
the article also discusses the strategic development of human resources that provide opportunities for training, development and training and thereby increase individual, team and organizational performance.
