Abstract EN

In the context of diversifying the national economy and finding alternatives to the shift from the rental economy to the productive economy, there has been a recent talk about the need to focus on small and medium enterprises, especially after the satisfactory results achieved by these enterprises in developed countries at the economic and social levels.

In this paper we will try to shed more light on the small and medium enterprises in Algeria, while addressing the attention given by the State to develop, support and promote economic development through a number of mechanisms both for establishing, developing and financing them.
