Organizations in Arab countries need new philosophies, visions and strategies that are compatible with contemporary world thinking.

they cannot succeed without adopting a new approach to management development, which is based on the renewal and development of companies, the creation of strong competitive organizations, to deal with the contemporary strategic transformations and to confront the challenges, the most important of which is the global managerial competition, which constitutes a real challenge for the Arab countries.

therefore, the necessary elements must be established to ensure the start and continuity of successful management development in the Arab world, which is a strong foundation for its objectives and plans.

these elements are: the development of organizational structures, procedures, models, work systems, laws and regulations, human resources development, management readiness and ability to achieve management development efficiently, strengthening administrative control.

however, the process of management development in the Arab world still permeates many gaps under the influence of a number of administrative, social, economic, and political obstacles, which lead to obstruction or frustration.
