Abstract EN

The prisoners' case is considered as one of the most important centerlines that the Morocco- European relations stand for from the16 century until the beginning of 19 century specially between Algeria and Spain during the second half on the 18 century this problem was almost solved .at that time , during el sultan Mohammed ben Abdu Allah ' s govern between 1757_1790 Morocco played great role .therefore, in this study we are going to takle Morocco' s prominent contribution in the Algerian_ Spain ' s mediation about the case during the second half of the 18 century.
