To answer the problematic research centered on: The extent of the contribution Islamic financial engineering to the development of UAE Zakat Fund.

The various concepts of Zakat and Islamic financial engineering are surveyed.

The descriptive analytical method was followed since it is appropriate to display the concepts that are associated with the Zakat and Islamic financial engineering, a case study approach has been adopted because we are going to examine the applications of Islamic financial engineering in UAE Zakat Fund.

The main results of this study are: The Islamic financial engineering contributed significantly to the development of UAE Zakat Fund, and appears in various products offered by it
