This study aims at identifying the contribution of works ethics by preparing employees’ ethical behavior in combating the phenomenon of administrative corruption, which is considered as one of the main problems for many institutions.
Therefore, these institutions have to establish standards that curb the spread of this phenomenon in the work environment
