Abstract EN
This article is a socio-health survey achieved near persons who endure multiple sclerosis and their families.
It is a matter of highlighting their joint deployment in reaction to the deficiency of an institutional assumption of responsibility in a context of chronicity and handicap.
This survey represents the current trend of interactionist sociology.
In the perspective of achieving this work, we adopted the analysis approach based on short participant observation, with the implication of a group of patients enduring multiple sclerosis and their families in Oran.
The survey in connection with the implication of persons who endure multiple scelerosis made it possible to manifest the deployed contribution of the associations near the family and the professionals of health.

L’article a pour objet une étude socio-sanitaire déployée auprès des personnes atteintes de sclérose en plaques et leurs proches.
Il s’agit de mettre en valeur leur mobilisation collective en réponse à l’insuffisance d’une prise en charge institutionnelle, dans un contexte de chronicité et de handicap.
Cette étude s’inscrit dans le courant de la sociologie interactionniste.
Pour ce faire, nous avons privilégié l’approche qualitative focalisée sur l’observation participante à découvert auprès d’un groupe de personnes atteintes de sclérose en plaques et de leurs proches à Oran L’étude concernant l’implication associative des personnes atteintes de sclérose en plaques a permis de montrer la contribution des associations au côté de la famille et des professionnels de la santé.
