Abstract EN

The aims of this study were; Shedding light on Ugandan Vision of Health and Disease and known the ways of treatment Seeking from diseases.

This study was based on several approaches, such as; Anthropological approach, world vision approach and Bio-cultural approach.

The field study carried out on different categories of Uganda's population.

The sample included 95 Quested (75 questionnaire, 20 interviews), aged between 14 - 60 years.

The study concluded several results, such as: 1) There are some different cultural perceptions of disease causing among Ugandan People.

2) The ways of treatment seeking were Different because of the different of disease reasons.

3) Poverty played an important Role in Deciding the ways of healthcareseeking.
