Abstract EN
The study aimed to determine the impact of higher education globalization on the migration and the mobility of students for studying abroad, especially as this transition process has become a passage for permanent migration from developing to developed countries.
In the shade of knowledge economy, demand for skilled labor has been globalized.
Therefore, this study addresses the reality of this phenomenon in Algeria, especially since this type of human capital is essential in building the knowledge economy
