Abstract EN

This article deals with the issue of consultation in the judiciary at the Maalikis through the "Advisory Council of Judge Abdulhak bin Abdul Karim Bakri model" and gives him the implications of the importance of the judiciary at the Maalikis, their unique approach, in addition to the personal study of the Jurist Abdulhaq ibn Abdulkarim and his contribution in the scientific life in the region and his role in activating the jurisprudential movement, through the establishment of the advisory council in the judiciary, which helped bringing together judges and jurists.

This gave birth to a set of jurisprudential answers that gave a complete image ofthe region in all its aspects.
