Abstract EN

The aims of Islamic Law have attracted the attention of the both famous scholars Mohammed Eltaher Ibn Ashour and Allal Elfassi through their books .

" Makassed Al Sariah and Makaremha " and " Makassed Al Shariah" .

They have made additions to it in different fields of life Because they lived in the periods of colonialism and independence.

Whid added a lot and a lot their research.

And they have taught the aims.

Which contributed to enlighten their insight and depth of their thought and their view in this science.

And they included it in the human rights.

Ibn Ashour mentioned Freedom( freedom of beleif/ freedom of speech/freedom of thought) and the right to equality.

While Alal alfassi presented it in( the right to freedom/ the right to education/ the right to dignity/ the right to work and the preservation of the nations wealth…
