The aim of this study is to uncover the impact of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior among the workers of the youth institutions in the state of Constantine, Algeria.

Therefore, the study reveals the situation of administrative management in the youth sector in general and research institutions in particular.

Furthermore, the study sheds light on the extent of the workers’ sense of fairness of treatment, integrity in the distribution of outputs, and objectivity in taking action among them within these institutions under study through the dimensions of organizational justice that includes distributive justice, procedural justice, and practical justice.

This research, additionally, identifies the significant differences in the level of behavior of organizational citizenship among workers of these institutions, which are attributed to gender variable, years of work, age, and scientific qualification.

To achieve the desired objectives, a comprehensive inventory of the study is conducted in a selected community in all youth institutions in the state of Constantine.

The research uses the questionnaire as the main tool for analysis.

After the statistical analysis, the findings of the study reveal that the workers’ sense of organizational justice in all its dimensions is average.

Moreover, the findings show a high level of organizational citizenship behavior among the workers of the youth institutions.

Finally, the study concludes that there is no statistically significant impact of organizational justice on the organizational citizenship behavior.

Likewise, there are no statistically significant differences of demographic factors (gender, age, years of work, scientific qualification) on the level of organizational citizenship behavior
