Achieving quality in the teaching process is an urgent necessity sought by the organizers of the educational systems and educational institutions.

The success of the educational process is linked to the presence of a main factor which tries to achieve this quality, and possesses the competences, the capacities that help him to conduct the teaching and learning process.

The professor with his new roles and required to develop and achieve the pedagogical goals and to improve the quality of services, outputs processes, and inputs inside the classroom to the extent that ensures the needs of the development and requirements of the society and the needs of higher education institutions.
