This article aims to clarifying the relationship between administrative empowerment as an innovative method that focuses on investing in the human resource, as the most important element in the organization and its role in increasing the professional affiliation of its employees.

This has become one of the necessities which organizations in different types are seeking to increase among their employees, which results in achieving high levels of performance and effectiveness.

Talking about administrative empowerment as an input to increase the loyalty of individuals within the organization, came through the presentation by talking about components, dimensions and models that transform the employee from a recipient of the instructions expected to be executed, to an active member involved in the development of strategies and plans and objectives of the organization, that unite between his goals and the organization mission by adopting empowerment and increasing its affiliation to it.
