Abstract EN

The purpose to this study is to identify the concept of social networks and customer loyalty and how the companies can built relationship between them.

So we studied a sample of Facebook followers of mobile operators in Algeria (Ooredoo, Djezzy & Mobilis) by designing three questionnaires to collect and distribute data electronically.

The results of the study showed a relation between the Facebook pages of the three mobile operators and their loyalty to the company
