This study includes the importance of the Islamic banking in the economic finance which achieves a great improvement not only in the Islamic countries but also as a part of non Islamic countries.

Despite the need of solving the problem of oil crisis, Algeria is still suffering in this domain.The study concluded the necessity to establish the Islamic banking field in order to avoid the oil dependency in the Algerian economy finance
