Everyone knows that History and Sociology are two complementary sciences from the beginning.

And this complementarily continued to exist until sociology was able, from the disengagement or dependence of history to modern times.

But the case of integration between them is always linked to the reason that the two work together on the study of social phenomena.

And that they differ in methodology and the practical rules in which they are studied, note that this difference is the basis, in their actions to answer the questions link to the research.So we chose Ibn Khaldun in this article to study this problematic, because he embodies this complementarily, although his beginnings were as a historian who knew about human urban planning, which enabled him to To lay the foundations of urbanization (Sociology).
