French has fallen back to adjust its foreign policy especially towards the Mediterranean countries, because of a bunch of reasons.
It arranged a set of policies of a political and economic nature which strongly stand for the two Units of Eurofor and Euromafor; The 5+5 Initiative; in addition to the European Partnership Project, then the Union for the Mediterranean, and at last the European Neighborhood Policy.
In the main; French new foreign policies is attempting to maintain the French national security and extensively the whole European security.
