However, the remarkable regression of Russia's Ex-Soviet Union on the level of global powers, made Russia in critical situation between Westernization trend and Eurasian trend, which resolved with the arrival of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the current rule to be known as the principle of Putin's foreign policy, which is what we will try to analysis in this paper by tracking the course of Russian foreign policy towards Eastern Europe?
