Several terms have been used to describe the strategic management approaches adopted by companies in order to make their human resources a source of sustainable competitive advantage, including commitment, high performance, engagement, ..., etc.

In the recent past, the late 1980s and early 1990s, The idea of mobilizing human resources based on the principle that investment in human capital has led to the greatest effectiveness and efficiency of the company's performance has emerged.

The aim of this article is to shed light on the term human resource mobilization by addressing its concept through linguistic and terminology definitions, distinguishing it from other management terms, and then highlighting the characteristics of the mobilized worker and the objectives that the mobilization process seeks to achieve.
