Abstract EN

This essay studied the issue of takhyeel (imagination) according to the philosophers with a refutation of its proponents.

The essay also studied the reasons and causes of that belief, as well as its development and how the philosophers implemented it on different theological issues.

The study dealt with the different kinds of takhyeel and how' the philosophers said that it occurred to the prophets and the common people.

The essay also mentioned the categories of the proponents of takhyeel when it comes to the belief that the prophets knew about the truths or not.

From the things that the essay explained was the relation between metaphors, esoteric and exoteric interpretations, and takhyeel.

The outcome of all of these statements are the same, and that is suspending the texts and disposing them from their content.

Finally, the study reached the conclusion with proofs and evidences that the statement of the philosophers that takhyeel occurred to the prophets is false, and it goes against Islam, as well as it explained the dangers of this statement and its false impacts.
