the aim of this study is to reveal the importance of sales agents in the foundation skills of emotional intelligence emotional because it's the most emotional skills that enable him to orient himself and control his passion, as well as taking responsibility for his actions and control the emotions of others, and this affects its performance in his work, man.
Sale (selling power) successful is who owns that particular skill and personal selling post based on direct interaction is primarily personal connection activity.
The researchers stressed that the success of the sales guy not linked to mental intelligence but also emotional level prevailing since then the view is no place for emotions at work and to think right enough to make a successful salesman and a successful enterprise, combining cognitive and emotional intelligence intelligence provides survived.
Pick a life as an added value for performance accredited professions on human interaction, emotional intelligence is how to employ our emotions properly and include individual knowledge with such passion and conscience and controlling emotion and stimulate one's own and others’ emotions note.
