Abstract EN

Concerning the particular importance of the supply chain in achieving the performance of the enterprise, our intervention focuses on the most important information and communication technology and systems which contributed to provide fundamental solutions to the management chain proceeding from the planning phase and even execution.

the two Gaz projects ; Ain Salah (ISG) and Ain Amenas (IAP) in Hassi Messaoud whose using the latest management techniques in the region concluded the importance of supply chain strategy in leading all sprawling work site (taguentour, raguentour, khchiba and taguentourine) our study found that although there are many principal software used to implementation of supply chain phases are not exploited fully utilized from these Gaz projects.
