In this study, we seek to highlight the impact of modern media and communication technologies on journalistic professionalism and journalism.the advent of the second generation of web applications has changed the parameters of traditional journalism practice, and a new media formats and patterns have been produced that have influenced the journalistic profession and under these new media practices the problem of journalistic ethics has emerged, this is what we are going to address in this study and before we address the new media and the effects of technology on journalistic practice and journalistic ethics in the new media era we will read a brief about ethics in western philosophical thought and Arab-Islamic thought.
