The category of orphans is one of the most vulnerable groups in the society, which should be considered and treated with special care.

the specificity of their situation requires taking into account an important type of skills, which should be provided to make it easier to take care of them.

Among the skills that should be available in the professional educators is the communication skill and its special character in line with the orphans circumstances and the attention they should receive.

Therefore, this paper aims to shed light on the skill of effective communication and its specificity in dealing with orphaned children.

It has been shown that specialized educators who care for orphaned children must enjoy sufficient skill that will enable them to deal in a good and appropriate manner with them.

Without making them feel any shortage or lack of value, especially if they have lost one or both parents.

Therefore, among the recommendations that the researchers see is the need to provide sufficient skill that helps to communicate with this group, especially with its difference and specificity, and should establish training courses and workshops to introduce more in this category and the specificity of dealing with them
