When talking about Arabic grammar, we mean a constant balanced train of cerebration : epistemological, descriptive, or historical.
this thinking leads us to talk about time and place determiners for each era and each object.
this made the grammar patrimony so respected and sacred that the fact of making an interpretative renewal and pragmatic thought in it was considered as a kind of heterodoxy forgetting or ignoring the initial principles of its creation and beginning as well as the heterogenius sayings which are various and their significance is deep.
thus, the speaker’s need was strayed with the learner’s one and both of them were hiding many points of view.
consequently the learner found himself unable and sometimes extremist toward it.
this paper is an effort to enlighten and clarify the origin and the side of both needs.
