Abstract EN

The study aims to determine the differences between doctors and nurses, males and females, and three levels of professional experience in emergency departement on psychological hardiness.

the study sample consisted of 110 doctor and nurse, their ages between 22_ 56 years.

we use in this study psychological hardiness questionnaire.

the results of the study are :•no differences between doctors and nurses in psychological harddiness.•no differences between males and females ( doctors and nurses) in psychological harddiness.•no differences between three levels of professional experience ( doctors and nurses) in psychological hardiness.
