Abstract EN

The aim of the present study is to explore the real status of health management and occupational safety in the company of kahrif in order to determine the most crucial factors that might be connected with work accidents causes through studying and analyzing the company’s articular work data.

to achieve this end, the researchers relied on field survey and archival research of the institution to identify the nature of these accidents, in terms of annual occurrence and distribution according to injury's location in the body, professional experience, and months of the year.

in the light of specific conclusions that have been drawn in analyzing the said problem, recommendations and treatments can be made that can contribute to the establishment of a program of occupational and health safety in the company, and adopt measures to reduce the incidence of work accidents.
