This study aimed to identify the impact of the leadership dimension of culture on the performance as a dimension of the implementation of the strategy in firms.
this study examined the impact of the leadership dimension on culture represented by the administrative leadership on the job performance.
the study included 25 medium industrial establishments operating in setif state and reached a number of results, the most important of them is a positive statistically significant effect of the leadership dimension of the organizational culture on the performance dimension of the implementation of the strategy.
