The study aims to reveal the relationship between self-organized education and achievement-motivation level among high school students in Riyadh schools, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the experimental method was followed; a sample of (92) students was selected, divided into (46) boys and (46) girls, the standards of the self-organized education and achievement motivation levels were applied, the study found that the achievement motivation level in the chosen sample is high and found also a real relationship between both educations.
Accordingly, the hypothesis that there is a statistically significant correlation between self-organized and achievement motivation educations was reached.
The study also found that there is a statistically significant relation between self-organized and achievement motivation level in favor of students in literary specialization and there were no statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation on the post-test whether it was a boy or a girl.
