Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the participation degree for administration school supervisor on developing the leadership skills for governmental schools managers on Alquwaia governorate ‘also to determine difficulties that limit participation of the school administration in developing these skills.

To achieve these objectives ‘the researcher depended on the survey and descriptive method.

As he used a questionnaire to collect data from society of governmental schools mangers on ministry of education in Alquwaia governorate ‘whose number (142) managers ‘as the researcher used Alpha Cronbach ‘with analysis done by using SPSS.

The study resulted in: There is approval between sample on that school supervisors participate on developing the leadership skills for schools managers on Alquwaia governorate.

Human leadership skill is on the first level with mean 3.74 ‘and high participation degree ‘to be followed by art leadership skills with mean 3.70 ‘ with high participation ‘also the perception leadership skills is on the third rank with mean 3.43 and high participation.

There is differences with significance between estimations of samples according to experience years ‘except the dimension of human leading skills ‘and according to the variable of training courses in administration except dimensions of (administrative leadership skills ‘and art leadership skills).
