Abstract EN

This paper present an analytical study of some international experiences of social safety nets as a mechanism to address poverty which achieved positive results in improving the quality of life for the poor and the marginalized and find real opportunities to generate income for them ,this paper includes Gramen bank experience , Malaysia, Brazil ,chile , Ecuador ,Morocco ,Mexico experiences and the policies of the world bank of social protection , down to how to take advantage of the international experience of social safety nets as a mechanism to address poverty in the Egyptian society .
